Where relevant, AI readiness and governance can be included within the agreed workflow scope.

How the engagement starts
Agree the work before paying.
Written fit check
Tell us the initiative, the sponsor, the risk, and the proposed timing.
Agree the scope
We confirm dates, inputs, data boundary, and client-specific cancellation terms in writing.
Pay securely
After the written agreement, choose a CAD $2,500 reservation plus applicable tax, or CAD $5,000 plus applicable tax upfront. Stripe calculates applicable tax.
Review and debrief
We complete the five-day sprint and deliver the agreed brief. The CAD $2,500 balance plus applicable tax is due before the executive debrief.
Any implementation or adoption continuation after the Sprint is separately scoped and starts at CAD $12,500 plus applicable tax.
