Fixed-scope readiness sprint
Know what will break before go-live.
One active initiative. A named sponsor. Five days to map the workflow risks that matter and set out practical implementation next steps.
ClinoPilot Inc. works with healthcare teams preparing for implementation, adoption, or a major operational change. We review the way work moves between people and systems, then turn the findings into a practical decision package. Where relevant, AI readiness and governance can be included within the agreed workflow scope.

- A decision-ready brief and executive debrief
How the engagement starts
Agree the work before paying.
Written fit check
Tell us the initiative, the sponsor, the risk, and the proposed timing.
Agree the scope
We confirm dates, inputs, data boundary, and client-specific cancellation terms in writing.
Pay after written agreement
After the scope, dates, data boundary, and client-specific terms are agreed in writing, we email the correct Stripe link: CAD $2,500 reservation or CAD $5,000 upfront, plus applicable tax. Stripe calculates tax from billing details. We verify payment before kickoff.
Review and debrief
After kickoff, we complete the five-day sprint and deliver the agreed brief. If the reservation option is chosen, the CAD $2,500 balance plus applicable tax is due before the executive debrief.
Any implementation or adoption continuation after the Sprint is separately scoped and starts at CAD $12,500 plus applicable tax.
IMMEDIATE VALUE · NO PHI
Start with one handoff.
Answer seven process-level questions and generate a one-page Workflow Closure Snapshot for your next team discussion. It names the handoff, the owner, the proof of closure, and the first 24-hour move.
Private by design: your answers stay in this browser. The page does not submit or store them. If you later choose to email the snapshot, review the draft before sending. Use process-level or fictional examples only.
YOUR SNAPSHOT IS READY
Take the next move into the room.
Download the snapshot, share it internally, and use it to decide whether this workflow needs a deeper closure review.
Your email app opens with the snapshot details. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.
A clear data boundary.
Read the full scope, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms before agreeing to an engagement. For questions, email main@clinopilot.com. Do not email patient information, credentials, or production data.
