Use and adapt the kit within one clinic location. The licensed clinic may reuse it across its own internal workflows and share working copies with staff and contractors directly supporting that clinic.

Multi-site licence · CAD 749

Use and adapt the kit across up to five clinic locations within one organization. Working copies may be shared with staff and contractors directly supporting those licensed locations.

For both licences

You may customize the files for licensed internal use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload to a shared template library, or provide the original or adapted materials to another organization. Each purchaser is responsible for controlling access to its copies.

Professional-use limitation

The kit is evidence-informed and provided as a practical workflow-improvement resource. It is not medical, legal, privacy, accreditation, or regulatory advice. It does not certify a workflow or guarantee any clinical, operational, financial, security, compliance, or other outcome. The purchaser remains responsible for local decisions, approvals, implementation, and monitoring.

File access and support

If the supplied files are inaccessible or defective, contact main@clinopilot.com from the email used at checkout. Clinopilot will restore access or provide working replacement files. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
